UNUSUAL CIRCUMSTANCES. SEPARATION AFTER WEDDING ' DECREE GRANTED TO WIFE. A petitiop for divorce <?n the ground , of separation was brought by El via Catherine Stoniß (Mr. Singer) against William Alexander Stone ijo the Supreme / Court yesterday before Mr. Justice Reed, i Petitioner said the marriage took place . in Christchurch, and she left respondent 5 immediately after the ceremony. They had never lived together, His Honor granted a decree nisi. 1 Drunkenness and persistent cruelty J were alleged by Florence Jane Pascoe ' (Mr. Singer) against Robert Percival | Pascoe {Mr. McLiver). Petitioner said s she was married in 1909 and lived with respondent at Masterton, Wellington and Auckland. On account of his conduct she left him in 1918, taking the two chilj dren of the marriage. - Since the separas tion she had practically, maintained ber- , self and the children. In the Supreme Court at Hamilton this morning Mr, Justice Herdman granted decrees nisi in the petitions for divorce of William Wood Dillicar, of Hamilton, from Ida May Dillicar, on the ground of failure to comply with an order for tho restitution of conjugal rights, and of Jaue Sutherland, of Pironria, from John Kenneth Sutherland, on the ground of desertion. In tho latter case custody of the three younger children of the marriage was given to petitioner.
