"The Municipal Corporations Act. 1920," and all othor Acts enabling, intends on the 24th da" of June, 1925. to make and levy for the year which commenced on i April 1. 1925. and ends on .March P 1 1926. the following Sanitation Rate: A uniform Sanitation fee for sanitation purposes of 34s per pan upon , all properties that have a house or houses erected thereon, situate within the Sanitary area of the Borough of Birkenhead. as defined by the Birkenhead Borough Sanitation By-laws, and which are not exempt from the Sanitation service under the provisions of the said By-law?. The said rate to be payable in one sum on tho 2Gth day of July. 1925. to the Collector, at tho Town Clerk's Office, Birkenhead.
