SANITATION RATE.—Further notice is hereby, given that the said Council, in pursuance of "The Public Health Act. 1920," "The Rating Act, 1908." "The Municipal Corporations Act. 1920," and all othor Acts enabling, intends on the 24th da" of June, 1925. to make and levy for the year which commenced on i April 1. 1925. and ends on .March P 1 1926. the following Sanitation Rate: A uniform Sanitation fee for sanitation purposes of 34s per pan upon , all properties that have a house or houses erected thereon, situate within the Sanitary area of the Borough of Birkenhead. as defined by the Birkenhead Borough Sanitation By-laws, and which are not exempt from the Sanitation service under the provisions of the said By-law?. The said rate to be payable in one sum on tho 2Gth day of July. 1925. to the Collector, at tho Town Clerk's Office, Birkenhead.
