Bowater, managing-direc-tor of Bowaters* Paper Mills, Ltd., London, who has been touring the North Island, left by the Niagara yesterday for Vancouver on his way back to London, He was accompanied by Mrs. Bowater and Miss. Bowater. .Dr. T. H. A. Valiatine, Director-General, of Health in New Zealand, '■ arrived in' London a week ago, says a' Press Association cablegram. He has consulted Sir Georgo Buchanan at the Ministry of Health and has visited some of the. hospitals.
