CIORPOKATION NOTICES. QITY OF AUCKLAND. TRAMWAY BY-LAWS UNDER THE TRAMWAYS ACT. 1908. Pursuant to the provisions of the Tramways Act, .1908, notice is hereby given of the framing of the By-laws set otit in the schedule hereto (being part XXVIII of the Auckland City By-law No. 1). The Auckland City Council, as promoters of the Auckland City Corporation Electric Tramways, proposes that the said By-laws shall come into operation in each district in or over which the Tramways operate on the date of their confirmation by the Local r Authority of such district.
