SIXTY EXECUTIONS.
REBELS IN AFGHANISTAN. STEP TO DETER OTHERS. Sun. DELHI. May 29. Advices from Kabul, Afghanistan, state that by order of the Amir the first batch of 60 Khost rebels were executed. They included the famous "lame Mullah." Tho motive of the executions was stated to be to deter those likely to plan similar outbreaks.
