MANGERE PRESBYTERIANS.
NEW MINISTER WELCOMED. A social was held in tho Mangere Presbyterian Church on Monday to welcome the now minister, Rev. V. J. Ravn, who has been appointed by the presbytry to tho Mangere charge. The Rev. T. H. Roseveare, moderator for tho parish, pre sided. Mr. J. Massey spoke on behalf of the members and adherents, and extended a cordial welcome to Mr. Ravn, assuring him of the people's loyal suppcit in his ministry. An address was also delivered by the' Rev. W. J. Gow. A programme oi' vocal and instrumental music was contributed.
