PRESENTATION.
A caso of pipes and a well-filled wallet, - the gifts of employees of the Hamilton Borough Council, were presented to Mr. W. H. Stevens, who has resigned" hi?, position of borough engineer. Mr. J?, 11. Watts, who made the said that Hamilton was losing a very ablu engineer and an efficient servant, and hiij departure would Jjo greatly regretted.
