- FURTHER ACCOMMODATION. PROPOSED CAMPAIGN FOR FUNDS. The pressing need of tho Jubilee Institute for the Blind for new and enlarged men's quarters and workshops in fireproof material, will bo placed before a public meeting in the Town Hall at 3 p.m. to-day. The meeting has been convened by the Mayor, Mr. 0. Baildon', and institute representatives in Mr. H. E. Vailc, chairman, Hon. George Fowlds, trustee, and Mr. Clutlia. Mackenzie, director, will; be present. Tho meeting will consider the setting up of a committee to arrange a campaign to raise the sum of £15,000 required.
