There was a fair attendance. The cou'rso was heavy. . The totalisator totalled £6346 10s, compared with £12,797 at the December meeting. Tho interruption of traffic on tho railway lino will cause some delay in tho arrival of tho visiting division at Ellerslie. Tho acceptances all round are of a most satisfactory character and. given fine weather, there in every prospect of a largo assemblage at tho Waikato ground in order to assint at tho gathering: A special train will leave Auckland for To Awamutu 'to-morrow morning at 6.20 o'clock and is timed to reach To Awamutu at 10.50.
