UNITED STATES FLEET.
WAR GAMES IN PACIFIC. FLAGSHIP GOES IN ADVANCE. A. and NX NEW YORK. Apl. M. Tho advance vessel of Ihe American Fleet left San Francisco to day for the scene of the coming naval manoeuvres in Hawaiian waters. Tho flagship Seattle sailed with Admiral Coontz and MajorGeneral Hiries, chief of staff of the Army, who are to act as umpires. Several newspaper men were aboard. Tho grand exodus of the Fleet will begin on Wednesday, when war craft of ■every description will steam through the, Golden Gate. The departure will be celebrated by the filing of tho coast defence guns at the mouth of the harbour. Aeroplanes will scout ahead of the Fleet.
Admiral Kobison, commander of the baillo fleet, will be aboard the flagship California. He will collect and realign the craft, and after the bay is cleared, will open sealed orders from Washington giving details of tho attacks. The war games will then be under way.
