Notice is hereby given in terms of Section !) of the Local Bodies' Loans Act. 191:), that it is proposed by the Waitemata Electric Power Board to raise a Special Loan for the purposo of Purchasing Plant and Constructing Electric Works as defined in the Electric Power Boards Act, 1918, in order to supply electricity within the Waitemata Electric Power District. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £-200,000. The Board proposes to appropriate and pledge as security for this Loan and Interest and for the repayment of the same a special rate of 9-llHh (nine-sixteenths) of a penny per pound on the Capital Value of all ratable property within tho Waiteiuata Electric Power District. It is proposed that the said Loan shall be repayable at the expiration of thirty-six and a-half years, and that a Sinking Fund shall bo provided of cue per centum per annum.
