WEDDINGS.

A wedding was celebrated on Easter Monday at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. J. J. Warren, Turana Road, Royal Oak, when their third daughter, Kathleen, was married to Mr. Victor Ekman, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. C. Ekman, Great North Road. The Rev. Archdeacon llolbrook officiated. The brido wore a pale pink georgette frock trimmed with silver tissue mid fringe, and the usual veil and orange blossoms, and carried a shower bouquet of pink dahlias, begonias and maidenhair fern. The brides two sisters, Lorna and Rona attended her and were dressed in mauve with silver trimmings and band of silver leaves round the hair. They carried posies of mauve and pink flowers. Mr. .Andrew, Wylic acted as best man and .Too Warren, jnr., as groomsman.

Tho marriage took place on Tuesday afternoon, in the Mount Albert Presbyterian Church, of Miss Jean Entrican, daughter of Mr. J. C. Entrican, Alexandra Avenue, Mount Albert, to tho Rev. J. Baird, 8.A., of Wellington. Tho church was decorated artistically with Michaelmas daisies, and tho bridal couple stood under a floral wedding bell. Tho ceremony was conducted by tho Rev. Kennedy Elliott, of Wellington, assisted by the Rev. Mr. Sutherland. The bride, who entered tho church on tho arm of her father, was gowned in cream lace and georgette, petalled and ornamented with tiny silver roses. Tho handsomo lace veil was worn in the form of a cap and bound to tho head with a spray of orange blossoms, while tho veil formed a long court train. A sheaf of pale cream dahlias and maidenhair fern was carried by tho bride, who was supported by Miss Edith Entrican, in nattier blue, charmeu.so and tullo drapings; Miss Livingstone heliotrope charmeu.so and tulle; Miss J. Baird, eau do nil charmeuso and tulle; and Miss Elsa Lee, in maize charmeuso and tulle. Little Jean Sims acted as flower girl, and woro primrose georgette, with wreath to match, and carried a basket oT yellow flowers. The Rev. J. McElroy (Gore) was best man.
