Birkenhead, last cvcninff m connection with the winding-up ol the birkenhead Motor-Bus Company and the ejection of directors in the now concern, im Marine Boroughs Bus Company, Limited, which has been formed with a capital of £20.000. and has acquired the seven buses and the whole of the property and plant of the old company. Messrs. W. Wallace b.. Alison, T. Clow. R. Taylor. A, 13. Alison and E. J. Osborno were elected directors. Mr. T. Smith was appointed manager, Mr. E. J. On.jor.ne secretary, and Mr. Ernest Greenslude auditor. _______.
