(Reed. .10 .5 p.m.) LONDON, if nr. 8. i The Daily Express states that it under- j stands Hie question of reducing the pay of the men of the fighting forces, which has been under discussion since 1923, will bo settled by 'a decision to reduce the pay of all new entrants to the Navv, Army and Air Force. The Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, is pledged not to reduce the pay of the present members of the forces.
