AUCKLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS. PROGRESS OF THE TOURNEY. The Auckland Croquet Association's annual tournament was continued yesterday. Following are the results: — At. United Lawns.—Championship singles; Mrs. Middleton. winner of section A. beat 'Mrs. Brabant, winner of section f>. Championship doubles: Mesdamcs Hilton and Arey beat Mesdames Warm and Wilson; Miss Hesketh and Mr. Murray beat Mesdames Clarkson and Stonex.
At Carlton Lawns. Championship doubles: Mesdames Eearnlcy and Lowe beat Mesdames Clarkson and Stonex; Mrs. Middleton and Mr. Lawrence beat Mesdames Swales and Torrence and Mesdames Clarkson and Stonex: Mesdames Brabant and Coutts beat Mesdames Parker Hill and Forbes and Hamlin-White and Skcet; Mesdames Porker-Hill and Forbes beat Mrs. Oswald and "Miss Brown.
