NEW FRENCH INVENTION. CAPABLE OF GREAT SPEED. Sun. PARIS. Feb. 22. The Paris correspondent of the Daily Mail states that experts arc secretly testing new aeroplanes at Villa Coublay. Armed sentries are guarding the machines. They are all-metal monoplanes, each with a huge engine. It is rumoured that the monoplanes will be capable of flying at a rate, of 230 miles an hour.
