The Wainui is timed to sail at 5 p.m. today for Tokotnaru Bay. Gisborno and Napier. She is loading at the Queen's Wharf. The Kakapo. which is being recommissioned arter an extensive overhaul at Auckland, was shifted to the King's Wharf yesterday preparatory to sailing for Newcastle. The Waipori arrived from Westport early yesterday morning and berthed at Chelsea to discharge part of her cargo of coal. Tho remainder will be discharged' at the Western Wharf. Captain F. G. Bilton, who has be«n on holiday leave, sails from Auckland to-day by the Wainui as a passenger to Napier where he reports for instructions. The Wingatui sailed from Bluff at 6.30 p.m. on Saturday for Dunedin, Oamaru, Timaru and Lyttelton, to complete loading for Wellington. Napior, Gisborne and Auckland. THE MATOPPO. In continuation of her voyage from New York, the A. and A. Lines chartered Steamer Matoppo will leave Auckland at noon to-day for Napier. Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin. and Brisbane. MAUNGANUI AT SYDNEY. The Royal Mail steamer Maunganui arrived at Sydney from Wellington at 6.15 a.m. on Sunday. The vessel is scheduled to leavo Sydney on Thursday on her return voyage to Wellington, Rarotonga, Papeete and San Francisco. She will arrive at Wellington on Monday morning, and resumo her voyage tho following day. * TREBARTHA DUE TO-NIGHT. From Sydney (Capo Breton), Montreal, and Newport News, the Hain Line steamer Trebartha will arrive at Auckland at midnight fo-night, according to a wireless message received from the vessel. She is bringing cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton. Dunedin, Adelaide. Melbourne and Sydney. Cargo for this port will be discharged at the west side of tho Prince's Wharf. The New Zealand ShipPing Company are the local agents. KENT DUE TO-MORROW. After discharging a large quantity of general merchandise at Suva., tho Federal Lino steamer Kent left the Fijian port on Saturday evening for Auckland, in continuation Of her voyage from London. Tho vessel is duo hers io-morrow morning, when she will north at the east side of the Prince's Wharf. Auckland the Kent goes to Napier, i ort Chalmers, and New Plymouth, to complete discharge. AORANGI DUE NOON TO-DAY. .Although Jato in leaving Suva the Union Company's new motor-iiDer Aorangi is making fast steaming and will reach Auckland at noon to-day, according to a wireless report from Captain Crawford, tho master of the vessel. Her speed since leaving Suva is twr 17 knots. Besides cargo and mails tho Aorangi has nearly GOO passengers on board. Of whom, about 300 tvill disembark in New Zealand, and the remainder at Sydney. Aftor Medical inspection the vessel will berth at the Queen' 3 Wharf. The vicinity of tho berth will bo guarded by the traffic officials ot the Harbour Board, as is usually done when passenger steamers berth at Auckland. Friends of passengers will be admitted to the ship's side on payment of the usual fee. At 3 p.m. there _ will _be an "at home" on board for specially-invited guests, and at "•30 p.m. the Aorangi will be open for inspection on payment of a fee of one shilling, but children under 16 will not beallowed (in board. To mark the occasion of the arrival of the Aorangi vessels in port will bo decorated with flags and the whistles and syrens on tho steamers will welcome the liner. Cargo operations on tho vessel will bo completed to-morrow, and at 4 P.m. the Aorangi is to resume her voyage to Welli ligton anil Sydney. NORTHERN COMPANY'S VESSELS. The Northern Company advises that tho Motu ia to leave Auckland a,t 11 a.m. to-day ■or Tauranga direct, and thenco to Kuta* rere and Opotiki. Tho Otima.i is to sail at 4 p.m. to-day for Port Jackson, Port Charles and Mercury Bay. The Rirnu. on arrival at Onehunga on Ibursday, will load for Wanganui and Waikato Heads. Sho sails for those ports tho same evening. The A rapawa is due at Onehunga on Thursday morning and on Friday she sails »r Hokianga and Auckland. At this port the vessel will be laid up for overhaul and survey. The Aupouri, after lying idle in the stream st Auckland for some time, is to be recommißsioiied.
