DISSATISFIED SUBSCRIBERS. [BY telegraph.—press association.] NAPIER. Saturday. The Napier Chamber of Commerce decided to ask fie Government to reduce telephone subscriptions in Napier "on account of the bad service due to tho out-of-date exchange."
