WOMAN FATALLY SHOT.
NEW SOUTH WALES TRAGEDY. DECEASED'S HUSBAND ARRESTED. A. and N.Z. SYDNEY. Fob. 12. Mrs. Kathleen Withers, aged 52 years, was found shot dead in a house at Kingston, near Tarn worth, 282 miles north of Sydney. Frank Withers, deceased's husband, aged 35 years, who has been managing a grazing property in the neighbourhood, has been arrested.
