CRISIS IN PERSIA.
NOBLEMAN'S ULTIMATUM. DEMANDS SHAH'S THRONE. Timo3. LONDON. Feb. 11. The " Teheran correspondent of the Times says the Persian throne again seems to be in danger. Sardar Sepab, the leading nobleman outside the Royal family, after pointedly refusing to attend a Court held by the Crown Prince, delivered an ultimatum to Parliament. In this he demanded that Parliament should choose between himself* and the' present Shah before Thursday. In the former case Sirdar Sepah insisted that Parliament should agree to all he proposed. Although the Shah has had no say whatever in the country's affairs during the past two years Parliament is greatly perturbed. It is anticipated that it will plead that it has no authority to decide such a momentous question, involving as it does the fundamental laws of the Constitution. Sardar Sepah has just returned from a victorious campaign against the rebels in the southern districts,
