GRADUAL SUPPRESSION, AGREEMENT AT GENEVA. Australian aud N.Z. Cable Association. (Heed. 7.S p.m.) GENEVA. Feb. 12. The First Opium Conference has concluded. The plenipotentiaries of Britain, India, France, Japan, Holland, Portugal, and Si am signed an agreement providing for the gradual suppression of the traffic.
