APPOINTMENT OF EDITOR. [by telegraph.—press association.] WELLINGTON, -Thursday. Mr. C. A. Harris, associate editor of tho Christchurch Sun, has been appointed editor of the New Zealai.d Times, W Ellington. The new editor of the New Zealand Times received his journalistic training on the staff of the Evening Post, Wellington. He joined the editorial staff of the bun on tho establishment of the paper in His literary and poetic gifts which louuo expression chiefly in the columns 01 a Sydney paper attracted the notice of the late Mr. Gresley Lukin, former editor ot the Post.
