Tho Daily Chronicle says that tho Olympic Congress at Prague will have to decide whether *in amateur will be allowed to compete against a professional and tho desirability of compensating an amateur for loss of time. A reduction of tho Olympic Games programme is likely to include the elimination of winter sports, shooting, riding, and a reduction of competitors per event, thus limiting the duration of the games to a fortnight.
