SHOOTING ACCIDENT.
RIFLE CAUGHT IN FENCE, MAN'S ARM SHATTERED. < [BV TELEGE AIH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT. J MAT AM ATA. Monday. A bad accident occurred to a young man named Donald Murray at about six o'clock on Monday morning. He was carrying a loaded .303 rifle and when getting through a fence the trigger got caught and the rifle went off, the bullet shattering the bone in the man's right arm near the shoulder. * J The victim was working on the farm of Messrs. Libeau suid Cox, Bucklani Road, Hinuera. He had to walk some considerable distance from the place of the accident and after being attended to • by Dr. Laurenson, was sent by car and j train to the Waikato Hospital.
