AUSTRALIAN REJECTS OFFER 1 , i -I "THEY CANT BUY ME." \J | LONDON Jan. 15. The Soviet Government has invited aa Australian. Mr. David Barker, to underw take the duties of official film cartoonist in London. "The Soviet couldn't buy me," said Mr. Barker. "Moscow has probably heard of the success of my emigration film shown throughout Britain illustrating by diagram how the blacks outnumbered the whites in the Empire, and urging that the whites should emigrate in greater numbers. The Soviet evidently wants similar cartoons, whether for propaganda among the blacks or the whites I cannot say."
