PHILIPPINE OUTLAWS.
CONSTABULARY KILL EIGHT. RIOTING OCCURS AT MANILA. A. and N.Z. MANILA. Jan. 27. In an encounter with Moro outlaws at Lanao the constabularly killed eight. The police reserves , were called out at Manila to quell a riot between a number of soldiers and sailors. Two servicemen were wounded.
