COMMUNISTS IMPLICATED.
STORING OF AMMUNITION.

A message from Reval, via Helsingfors, states that damage estimated at 5,000,000 Esthonian marks was done by a fire in buildings belonging to the State railways. While the fire was burning several explosions occurred.
Tha authorities are of the opinion that Communists had stored ammunition there. Three Communists were arrested on the spot.
