NORTH SHORE BOROUGHS.
ADVERTISING ATTRACTIONS.
A proposal for advertising the North I Shore was considered last week by the Marine Boroughs' Association. The chairman, Mr. T. Lament, Mayor of Devonport, presided. A committee appointed to consider proposals for this purpose recommended that support bo given to the publishers of a North Shore Annual, which, it was proposed to distribute in the North Shore boroughs and- as extensively as possible through the Dominion. A more ambitious scheme was not recommended. Tt was proposed to issue 5000 copies of the journal, the latter to consist of 36 pages containing descriptive matter, illustrations and advertisements. ' The recommendation was adopted, it being stipulated that 1200 copies be reserved for distribution by the association outside the boroughs.
