Sunday. -Ihe Union Steam Ship Company's intercolonial cargo steamer, Waikouaiti, which was to have left Lyttelton on Saturday for Timaru to complete loading for Sydney is held up f ,w;ng to a d.spute with the stokehold c.v, which culminated , n the crew's refusal to take the vessel to sea. There are, indications that the trouble will bo settled on Monday
