The secretary of the local branch of i the Seamen's Onion sent a letter to the ; manager of Fa Commonwealth Line stat- ; ing that the f.len who leit the vessel were I dissatisfied at the non-payment of claims j made by them. If the claims were met j unconditionally the men would be unite ! prepared to return to the ship.
