I Another is that he sacrifices nothing on , the altar of economy, whereas economy ! is the stumbling block of a woman. I Again, man is said by nature to be an j epicure. This gives him an instinct for i subtly blending flavours to tempt the pali »"'• . , • It is said that women accept cooKing ' as an everyday duty, but men look upon i it as a profession. Man is more exact; whereas woman dislikes accuracy and works by rule ot thumb. • • 1 It is said that man is more original and inventive, while woman merely imitates. Again it is said that cooking needs good health and men ran stand and walk about and endure heat for long hours better than women.
