Polar bears are among the travellers. Eight of them came to London from Norway a week or two ago, followed by a further 13 a fow days later. Three tigers, two Himalayan bears, a couple, of sloth bears, four pumas, 14 sable antelopes, the only specimens in Europe save those at the London Zoo. three large elephants, hundreds of monkeys, and about 1500 parrots are among the numerous creatures imported i by Mr. Chapman during the past month.
