HUSBAND NOT WANTED.
WIFE'S FIRM REFUSAL. ORDERED BY COURT TO RETURN. After appearing before the Supremo Court on three occasions, an order for the restitution of conjugal rights was yesterday granted by Mr. Justice Stringer to Frank Wainwright (Mr. Singer) against Nina Louisa Wainwright. Petitioner loft his wife and the house in which she lived because, as he stated in evidence, he was refused tho ordinary relations of married life When the caso was before the Court on Thursday His Honor, after remarking that it looked as though it were a "shortcut to divorce," adjourned the matter to see if the wife would agreo to the husband returning to tho house, if he occupied a separata room. Petitioner stated yesterday tliat he had Been his wife and had suggested that he was willing to return and hayo a separate room, but ho found she did not want him in tho house at all. Ho also offered to make a homo away, but sho replied that it would not bo worth the trouble, as she would refuse to go to it. "She wants nothing to do with mo at all," said petitioner in conclusion. His Honor made an order for respondent to return to petitioner within 14 days.
