GREETINGS FROM SCOTSMEN,
In response to a letter of welcome sont by the Auckland St. Andrew's Society, the Governor-General, .Si Charles Fergusson, has intimated his acceptance of the office of patron. The message forwarded to Sir Charles and Lady Fergusson expressed the hope that the entire period of their sojourn in the Dominion might be one of great happiness. It assured His. Excellency of the wholehearted loyalty j.nd devotion of the members of the society and, indeed, of "brither Scots all over the Dominion."
