Sir, —I do not think the cricket selectors give as much encouragement to younger players for these matches as they should do. I think the inclusion in the team of i rater and Elliott is quite justifiable, but why should not young Alfy Postles be also included '! He has been scoring well lately, and he shows all the temperament of a good, all-round cricketer. I trust room will yet bo found for him in the team. December 18, 1924. B.D. W.
