Buckingham secretary and treasurer. The committee set up to draft programme submitted a handicap chop,, with a first prize of CSO. and an underhand chop, with a first prize of .CIO, besides running events and boys' races. post entry events include chain stepping and weight guessing, also u baby show. The programme was confirmed with the addition of a double and hand-sawing event. Tho total pri;:e-inori"y amounts to over JL' 200.
