THE CHARGES SUSTAINED*
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 12.35 p.m.) SYDNEY. Dec. 17.
Ihe Royal Commission's report on civic administration finds that Mr. Cropley's charges were sustained. It comments severely on Alderman Walker. With regard to other allegations, the report say 3 there is clear ground for the Government to proceed with the investigations, but it makes no recommendations as to what action the Government should take.
In regard to the charges proved, the report says there are strong grounds for further investigations.
