COUNTRY OF ORIGIN. QUESTION OF IDENTIFICATION. (Received 11.5 p.m.) Router. LONDON. Dec. 16, In the House of Commons to-day, the President of the Board of Trade, Sir Philip Cunliffo Lister, (Lloyd-Greame), replying to a question, said legislation would bo required if all manufactures imported from foreign countries were to bo marked with the name of the country where they were manufactured. The question of amending the existing law would be considered.
