Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Reed. 9.35 p.m.) LONDON. Dec. 16. The news cabled from Sydney to the effect that tho New South Wales Government Is discussing American proposals for a loan of £6,000,000 has considerably surprised financial circles, especially, in view of the ease with which the Dominions have floated loans in London recently.
