ANNUAL PRRE-GIVING.
Tho annual distribution of prizes took place at Cleveland House ladies' college, ltemuera, yesterday afternoon. A large number of parents and i-derested friends attended. All assembled in the large schoolroom, where Miss W. Moore-Jones
read the school report and the Rev. W. Beatty presented the'prizes. The work of the pupils, both useful juid ornamental, which was displayed i ' (lassroom, was excellent, and v;as the subject of much favourable comment. After* •wards the pupils, under the direction of Miss Daphne Knight, gave, a graceful exhibition (jf eurythmics on lhe lawn.
