An inquest was held at tlio Wliangarei Courthouse today by Mr, K. W. Tate, S.M., on James McDonald, a six-weeks-old child living with his parents at Mannu Road, Wliangarei, who was found dead in a perambulator yesterday. Following on the post-mortem examination, the medical evidence was to the effect that the cause of death was heart failure, following on a condition of status lymphaticus. A verdict in accordance with this evidence was returned.
