Public Notice is hereby given that nt a Special Meeting of the Auckland City Council, convened for ih'i purpose, and held on THURSDAY, the 20th day of November, 1924, the following Resolution was passed, and will be submitt'i'l for confirmation at a Special Meeting of i'io Council, to bo held on THURSDAY, the 18th day of December, 1924, in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Auckland, at, 7 o'clock p.m. That the Auckland City Council doth hereby, by Snecial Resolution, intended to operate as a Special Order, ma-ke the following By-law, to be known as By-law No. 37, of the City of Auckland. (Here follows the By-law). The purport of the By-law is: 1. To provide for the amendment of Bylaw Xo. 13. Section 0. Subsection A., relating to leaving Vehicles unattended. 2. To provide for the repeal of By-law No. 1, Section 340. and enacting in lieu thereof an amended Clause relating to Drivers, etc., giving way to Fire Engines. 3. To control the Construction and Equipment of Omnibuses. 4. To provide for the amendment of Bylaw No. 29, Section 1, relating to Heavy Traffic. 5. To provide for the repeal of By-law X.".. 29, Section 2, and enacting in lieu thereof amended charges relating to Heavy Traffic. 0. To provide for the repeal of By-law No. 29, Section 5, and enacting in lieu thereof an amended Clause relating to applications for Heavy Traffic Licenses. 7. To provide for the repeal of By-law-No. 33. Section 4. 8. To provide for the repeal of By-law No. 33, Section 3, and enacting in lieu thereof an amended Clause relating to Vehicles plying for hire.
