A_ petition has been presented in the Court of Session, Edinburgh, to presumo the death of ALEXANDER SMITH born on August 0. 1877, who resided about 1897 at Carnbee, Pittenweem, Fife, was afterwards a Draper's Assistant in Glasgow and Manchester until 1913 and thereafter is supposed to have gone to Australia or New Zealand. The Petition 16 presented in order that certain estate should be divided among the relatives of Alexander Smith.
