During k. debate in the Senate on the Foreign Estimates, the Primo Minister, Signor Mussolini, referred to debts and reparation payments. He said it, was neither human nor just to grant facilities to Germany and not to an ally.
Signor Mussolini hinted at tho possibility of Italy asking that an increase of 10 per cent, should be allowed to her a', the Spa Conference on the German reparation payments.
Regarding the Geneva protocol, the Prime Minister expressed tho opinion that it should bo studied very carefully, because of its delicate character and tho undertakings involved.
