Renter. PARIS. Dec. 12. Press reports regarding the inclusion in the Dawes plan of the American war claims elicited a statement from the Minister for Finance that the conversations between France and America on October 25 recognised the principle of such claims, but no figure was mentioned. The whole question would be submitted to the intorAllied conference of Ministers for Finance.
