RAID ON PERAMBULATORS.
MOTHERS PROSECUTED.
Cardiff police have lately been prosecuting mothers who monopolise the pavements with perambulators. Four- women appeared at the Police Court in October, and were dismissed with a caution, and warned not to repeat the offence. Ten prams, it was stated, were lined up together when tho "raid" was made, hut six of the mothers escaped.
