TWO MEN FINED. Charges of trespass upon the Takapuna racecourse were admitted by Thomas Kirkos and Archibald S. F. McKee before Mr. J. W. Poynton, S.M., at tho Police Court yesterday. * Chief-Detectivo Cummings said that Kirkus had been previously convicted for bookmaking. Mr. Poynton : T suppose he went to the meeting to make up the £15 fino which ho had to pay. Mr. Cuinmings: They all do that. Kirkus was lined £10 and McKee, who was given a good character, was fined £5.
