SPAHLINGER TREATMENT.
PATIENTS WITHOUT MONEY.
" STRANDED " AT GENEVA.
LOXDOX. Nov. 23. Inquiries into the position of Australian tuberculosis patients stranded at Geneva show that several would apparently have been pitifully situated but for Mr. Spahlinger's- charity. Mr. Spahlitiger has given these patients free vaccine treatment, paid personal expenses in certain cases, and also defrayed the cost of the funeral of Mr. H. J. Hall, who died the day after his arrival. Australia House has now issued a warning that patients goinp for the Spahlitiger treatment must bo adequately provided for the financial obligations, entailed.
