FIGHT AGAINST EXTRADITION

On a further examination of Captain Arthur, the former aide-de-camp of Sir Hari Singh, his counsel claimed that the p'rench law provides that not more than three years must have elapsed sinco an alleged offence for extradition to be possible. In this case five- years have elapsed.
