The election of members to the Waitemata Electric Power Board will be held nej:t Thursday, December 18. Nomina, tions, which closed at noon yesterday, are as follow:— Waitemata County &ud Helensville Town District, combined (four representatives) Messrs. F. W. Grigg, J. Mackie, J. Hand, J. McLeod, J. C. Rim. mer, H. A. Robertson, C. O. Shuttleworth, R. D. Stewart, and C. S. West. Combined Boroughs of Takapuna, Birkenhead and Northcote (four representatives). —Messrs. H. Cadness, A. E. Greenslade, J. W. Hayden, W. E. Richardson, M. E. Thompson, and E. C. Walton. . Combined Henderson and Glen Eden Town Districts (one representative).— Messrs. B. Hart, W. R. T. Leighton, W. H. Shepherd, and J. M. West.
